The ticket order form must be received at least 48 hours in advance through the Magic Springs group sales office by either telephone at 501.318.5370 or by mail at 1701 East Grand Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901. Orders may also be faxed with credit card information to 501.318.5367. To avoid lines at the front gate, merely send your order form and full payment 14 days prior to your visit and we will forward your tickets to you in advance.
Payment can be made by cash, certified check, money order, or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards only.
